Lernprozesse lassen sich durch die Nutzung unterschiedlicher Strategien beeinflussen. Hierzu zählen neben kognitiven (bspw. Elaboration & Strukturierung) und metakognitiven (bspw. Selbstregulation) Strategien auch Motivations- und Emotionsstrategien, Strategien für kooperatives Lernen und die gezielte Nutzung von Ressourcen.
Neben der Erarbeitung der unterschiedlichen Lernstrategien soll die Fragen nach dem Zusammenhang von Lernstrategien und Lernerfolg diskutiert werden. Auch wird die Frage nach den Möglichkeiten gezielter Förderung von Lernstrategien im Rahmen des Seminars erörtert. Im Rahmen von bestimmten Arbeitsaufträgen innerhalb der Sitzung sowie dem Führen eines Lernbuches werden Lernstrategien aktiv angewendet und durch die Teilnehmer/innen in Forumsdiskussionen analysiert und bewertet.
