In diesem Seminar setzen wir uns mit Philipp Männles Werk "Verwaltung (in) der Gesellschaft" und seinen systemtheoretischen Überlegungen zur öffentlichen Verwaltung auseinander. Die Lektüre und Analyse des Textes bilden die Grundlage u.a. für die Diskussion und Reflexion der Wechselwirkungen zwischen Verwaltung und Gesellschaft. Ziel des Seminars ist es, die öffentliche Verwaltung soziologisch zu begreifen und ein Grundverständnis für ihre gesellschaftliche Rolle und ihre Funktionsweise als Organisation zu entwickeln.
Hinweis:
Im Anschluss an den Lektürekurs findet von 14-16 Uhr das Seminar „Empirischer Zugang zur öffentlichen Verwaltung“ statt. Es wird dringend empfohlen, beide Seminare zu besuchen, da sie sich ergänzen und in Kombination zu einem umfassenden Verständnis der öffentlichen Verwaltung beitragen.
