Das Unterwegssein, das Spazieren oder Wandern wird durch die rein künstlerische, zweckungebundene Motivation zum ‚Werk‘. Beispiele dafür aus der zeitgenössischen Kunst werden in Form von Seminarbeiträgen von Studierenden vorgestellt. Vor allem steht im Zentrum der Veranstaltung jedoch das eigene Gehen. Es folgt einer individuell entwickelten Idee, einer Regel, einem Vorhaben und findet seinen Ausdruck in Form von Fotografie, Text, Kartierung, Zeichnung, Audio- oder Videoaufzeichnung. So unterwegs zu sein, eröffnet ungewohnte Perspektiven auf teils vertrauten Raum, knüpft Verbindungen, die sich aufgrund von Exploration, Offenheit gegenüber auch zufälligen Begegnungen, und mäandernden Gedanken ergeben, und die sich in analogen und/oder digitalen künstlerischen Formaten nachvollziehen lassen.
