Empowerment Workshop for Students Affected by Racism with Malika Mansouri

This workshop offers students affected by racism a safe space to share experiences and develop practical strategies for self-empowerment and handling racist situations in university life. Through open discussion and reflection exercises, participants will focus on personal resources and boundaries with absolutely no pressure to share private stories.
Another important note: this workshop is held in German and is explicitly aimed at people who are affected by racism.

How to Be Critically White with Sophie Buhan-Brzezinski

This workshop introduces key concepts of critical whiteness, understood as a social construct. It aims to foster a deeper understanding of privilege and power structures and to explore possible ways of acting critically in everyday contexts.
Another important note: this workshop is held in German and is explicitly aimed at white-positioned / white-read people, that means people who do not experience racism themselves.
