Transitional regulations

Dieser Eintrag basiert auf den Fächerspezifischen Bestimmungen (FsB) für das Fach Informatik vom 04.06.2020 mit Änderung vom 15.12.2021.

Diese FsB gelten für alle Studierenden, die sich ab dem Wintersemester 2020/2021 und bis einschließlich Sommersemester 2023 für einen Bachelorstudiengang mit dem Fach Informatik an der Universität Bielefeld eingeschrieben haben und dieses Fach bis zum Ende des Wintersemesters 2026/2027 abschließen.
Mit Beginn des Sommersemesters 2027 bis einschließlich Sommersemester 2028 kann das Studium abgeschlossen werden nach den Fächerspezifischen Bestimmungen vom 16.05.2023 mit Änderung vom 01.08.2023.
Mit Beginn des Wintersemesters 2028/29 gelten auch für diese Studierenden die Fächerspezifischen Bestimmungen vom 01.04.2025.

Hinweis: Alle Studierenden, die nicht nach den aktuellen FsB studieren, können vor dem oben genannten Zeitraum gemäß der Bestimmungen in Ziffer 9 (3) der Fächerspezifischen Bestimmungen vom 16.05.2023 und der Bestimmungen in Ziffer 10 (4) der Fächerspezifischen Bestimmungen vom 01.04.2025 nach diesen neuen Bestimmungen studieren, wenn sie einen entsprechenden Antrag stellen. Sollten die Studierenden diese Möglichkeit nicht nutzen, werden sie ab den jeweils oben genannten Semestern in ihre nächstgültigen FsB ohne Antrag überführt.

Length and scope of studies

The studies Minor Subject (Academic), 60 CPs Informatics comprise 60 credit points.

Access to the Master programme is granted to those who can provide evidence that they have a first university degree which has a standard period of study of at least six semesters, qualifies for exercising a profession and is in accordance with the subject-specific regulations.

In any case, please read the specific Admission requirements for this Master's programme in the Subject-specific regulations.

Degrees from accredited Bachelor programmes at German ‘Berufsakademien’ are equivalent to Bachelor degrees from universities.

Applicants with a university degree obtained abroad are granted access provided that the degree they have acquired is deemed sufficient for this purpose and they can provide evidence of the required language skills.
