Die "Historische Orientierung" vermittelt in variabler Form (Vorlesungselemente, gemeinsame Lektüre von Quellen und Forschungsliteratur, angeleitetes Selbststudium) vertieftes problem- und forschungsorientiertes Kontextwissen zum Thema des "Seminars". Sie besitzt darüber hinaus die Funktion, den Umgang mit fremdsprachigen Quellen und / oder mit einschlägiger Fachliteratur anhand eines ausgewählten Textkorpus für Französisch bzw. Spanisch einzuüben.
Im "Seminar" werden Einzelthemen oder komplexere historische Sachverhalte mit Bezug auf grundlegende und aktuelle Forschungsdiskussionen im Bereich der Geschichte Frankreichs oder der frankophonen Ländern / Spaniens oder der hispanophonen Länder anhand einschlägiger Quellen und Forschungsliteratur auf der Basis von Präsentationen der Studierenden erörtert.

Die beiden Veranstaltungen des Moduls werden von einem oder zwei Lehrenden angeboten. Die beiden Veranstaltungen des Moduls sind aufeinander bezogen und werden im eKVV als "Bündel" ausgewiesen. Studierende wählen jeweils ein vollständiges "Bündel" mit beiden Veranstaltungen. Der Besuch der zusammengehörigen Veranstaltungen ist Voraussetzung für das erfolgreiche Absolvieren der Modulprüfung, da sich die Modulprüfung auf beide Veranstaltungen bezieht.

Drei bis fünf kleinere Übungsaufgaben nach Maßgabe des Veranstalters. Die konkrete Gestaltung der Studienleistungen ist in das Belieben des Veranstalters / der Veranstalterin gestellt und vom jeweiligen Konzept der Veranstaltung abhängig. Die Studienleistungen können ggf. im Hinblick auf die im Modul verankerten Fremdsprachenkompetenzen einübenden und vertiefenden Charakter haben. Auf die Übungsaufgaben entfallen max. 10 Stunden des Selbststudiums. |

Der erfolgreiche Abschluß dieses Moduls ist notwendige Voraussetzung für die Zulassung zum Modul 23-ROM-BA bzw. MA-F/S, falls das Thema der Abschlußarbeit aus der wissenschaftlichen Disziplin gewählt wird, die in diesem Modul behandelt wird.
