Competencies

Die Studierenden verfügen nach Abschluss des Moduls über umfangreichere literaturhistorische Kenntnisse. Sie sind in der Lage, Texte und ihre Autoren in übergreifenden historischen Zusammenhängen und sich verändernden kulturellen Konstellationen zu sehen.

Content of teaching

Das Modul führt systematische und literarhistorische Aspekte zusammen. Im Zentrum steht die kategorial angeleitete Analyse von Werken der deutschsprachigen Literatur. Die Texte werden im Hinblick auf ihre Autorrollen, Werkkonzeptionen, poetischen Verfahren, Funktionen, diskursiven Verknüpfungen, Gattungszugehörigkeiten usw. untersucht. Neben der Vertiefung literaturwissenschaftlicher Methoden dient das Modul einer erweiterten Kenntnis der deutschen Literatur und ihrer Beziehungen zu anderen Künsten und Medien wie Musik, Malerei, Fotografie und Film.

Der Umfang der Studienleistungen entspricht im Durchschnitt 15 Stunden (0,5 Leistungspunkte) bzw. 1 Stunde pro Semesterwoche. Die Formen der Erbringung von Studienleistungen können je nach dem Charakter der Veranstaltung und methodendidaktischer Schwerpunktsetzung
variieren. Es handelt sich dabei insbesondere um:
a) die Erarbeitung und Durchführung einer Präsentation (auch als Gruppenarbeit),
b) das Verfassen kürzerer Texte zu Themen des Seminars,
c) die Durchführung eines praxis- oder forschungsbezogenen Projektes (auch als Gruppenarbeit),
d) das kontinuierliche Bearbeiten von Übungsaufgaben in Kursen, bei denen das Erlernen eher analytischer Methoden im Vordergrund steht.
