Das Seminar „Lehrerhandeln“ umfasst die Auseinandersetzung mit der eigenen Professionalisierung und Anforderungen an das LehrerInnenhandeln von der Unterrichtsplanung und -entwicklung bis hin zur Unterrichtsreflexion. In Reflexion didaktisch-methodischer Modelle und Konzepte werden Anwendungsbeispiele für die Grundschule entwickelt und erprobt (s.o.).
Folgende thematische Bausteine werden thematisiert:
- Inklusion in der Grundschule: Definition, Ziele und Empirie
- Lehrerpersönlichkeit: z.B anerkennendes Verhalten
- Inklusive Diagnostik
- Inklusive Didaktik: Individualisierung und Kooperatives Lernen, evtl. classroom management
- Grundlagen der Unterrichtsplanung und -analyse
- Schulentwicklung: v.a. multidisziplinäre Kooperation

Teilnahme am VPS BiWi G / G und ISP im SoSe 2017.

Grundlegend ist eine aktive Teilnahme, d.h. eine regelmäßige und engagierte Mitarbeit.
Weiterhin soll in Kleingruppen eine Unterrichtsreihenplanung zu einem selbst ausgewählten, grundschulspezifischen Thema entwickelt und präsentiert werden. Die Sequenz soll sich dabei auf Merkmale eines inklusiven Unterrichts beziehen. Zudem ist die Erstellung eines kurzen Reflexionspapiers erforderlich. Nähere Informationen hierzu erhalten Sie in der ersten Seminarsitzung.
