This course introduces first-year students to the basics of U.S. American literary studies. We will take a close look at different literary genres (such as poetry, drama/film, and narrative) and learn how to use the terms and methods of text interpretation in order to develop good literary analysis skills. Please note that the first session of this course will take place on April 25!
