Die Heterogenität in Schulklassen bringt besondere Herausforderungen mit sich.
- Wie überzeugen Sie Schülerinnen und Schüler, obwohl diese "keinen Bock" haben?
- Wie fördern Sie die intrinsische Motivation aller Schülerinnen und Schüler?
- Wie verbessern Sie soziale Kompetenzen?
- Wie können Sie das Selbstwertgefühl leistungsschwächerer Schülerinnen und Schüler steigern?Diese und weitere Fragen werden mithilfe von Erkenntnissen aus der Kommunikations- und Motivationspsychologie beantwortet.
Sie werden erkennen, dass die Kommunikation der Sportlehrkraft erheblichen Einfluss auf das subjektive Erleben von Sportunterricht hat.
Mithilfe verschiedener Ansätze aus der Psychologie erarbeiten wir gemeinsam Strategien, wie Sie sich und Ihre Umgebung positiv beeinflussen können.Die Seminarinhalte werden dabei so aufbereitet, dass Sie zweifach davon profitieren:
Einerseits können Sie die Inhalte direkt im Sportunterricht anwenden,
andererseits können Sie von den Erkenntnissen auch in Ihrem Alltag profitieren.Besonderen Wert wird auf die praktische Umsetzbarkeit der Seminarinhalte gelegt.
