Die Veranstaltung bereitet auf die Modulabschlussklausur vor, insbesondere auf die deutsch-lateinische Übersetzung. Dabei dient die Veranstaltung sowohl der systematischen Wiederholung der lateinischen Grammatik (Basis: Rubenbauer-Hofmann-Heine) als auch der Übersetzungspraxis Deutsch-Lateinisch. Daneben werden in regelmäßigen Abständen auch Texte vom Lateinischen ins Deutsche übersetzt.
Die Veranstaltung wird durch ein e-Learning-Kurs (eSyntax) begleitet.
