Diese Exkursion befähigt Studierende im Bewegungsfeld Gleiten, Fahren, Rollen (Wellenreiten) notwendige Kompetenzen auszubilden, um einerseits selbst Bewegungsfertigkeiten zu erlernen und andererseits sicherheitsbezogen didaktisch-methodische Herangehensweisen zum Anleiten von Gruppen im offenen Meer (Atlantik) zu erfahren.
Die Exkursion wird aus einigen verpflichtenden vorbereitenden Blockveranstaltungen an der Universität Bielefeld sowie aus der Exkursion nach Südfrankreich (Montalivet) im Zeitraum vom 04.09. - 13.09.2026 bestehen.
Die Kosten (Busanreise, Unterkunft, Vollverpflegung, 7 Tage Surfkurs belaufen sich auf 650,-€).

In der ersten Semesterwoche findet eine verpflichtende Infoveranstaltung statt, bei der notwendige Informationen zu den Inhalten der Exkursion vorgestellt werden.

Interessierte Studierende sollten sich im eKVV für diese Veranstaltung eintragen. Die Platzvergabe sowie die verbindliche Anmeldung erfolgt erst im Anschluss an die verpflichtende Infoveranstaltung durch die Kursleitung.

Requirements for participation, required level

Eine gute Schwimmfähigkeit ist Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme und muss spätestens bis zum Exkursionsstart vorliegen.
Die Schwimmfähigkeit kann über folgende Nachweise erbracht werden:
1. Deutsches Schwimmabzeichen Silber (ab 2020!, kein Jugendschwimmabzeichen)
2. Deutsches Rettungsschwimmabzeichen (ab Bronze),
3. bestandene fachpraktische Prüfung Schwimmen
