Basierend auf den in den Veranstaltungen des Moduls P-BT erworbenen Inhalten werden Sie in diesem Seminar relevante sportmedizinisch-trainingswissenschaftliche Verfahren zur Beurteilung konditioneller Fähigkeiten, insbesondere der Ausdauer, und zur Identifikation möglicher Defizite "am eigenen Leib" erarbeiten und erfahren.
Die so gemachten Erfahrungen und erworbenen Kompetenzen versetzen Sie in die Lage, das für die jeweilige Fragestellung und Klientel geeignete diagnostische Verfahren auswählen und praktisch anwenden zu können, um auf der Basis der so erhobenen Daten eine adäquate Trainingsintervention planen und durchführen zu können.
