In dem Masterseminar werden die Studierenden in inhaltlicher und formaler Hinsicht auf das wissenschaftlich-selbstständige Arbeiten, insbesondere auch das Verfassen einer Masterarbeit vorbereitet. Im Gruppenformat werden alle Schritte gemeinsam erarbeitet, inkl. der empirischen Datenerhebung, –analyse sowie -auswertung. In diesem Kontext werden Schlüsselkompetenzen wie Selbstmanagement, Teamfähigkeit, Forschungsfähigkeit und Präsentationskompetenzen gefördert.
