  • Nach dem Besuch der Veranstaltung können Studierende Arten und Grundprinzipien in Prävention und Therapie benennen, biopsychosoziale Belange bei der Patientenversorgung sowie Risiko-Nutzenabwägungen unter Einbezug des Patientenwillens in die medizinische Entscheidungsfindung erläutern.

  • Die Vorlesung gibt einen Überblick über wesentliche Formen von präventiven und therapeutischen Ansätzen, stellt Zusammenhänge zwischen potentieller Wirksamkeit und Schaden mit biopsychosozialen Parametern dar und führt ein in wahrscheinlichkeitsbasierte Risiko-Nutzen-Abwägungen. Damit wird einerseits eine Verbindung zu medizinethischen Grundprinzipien von Benefizienz und Non-Malefizienz hergestellt und andererseits die Notwendigkeit partizipativer Entscheidungsfindung abgeleitet. - ke
