Contents, comment

Aufbauend auf dem Praktikum Genomforschung I sollen in diesem Kurs grundlegende Methoden der Genomforschung an Hand des pflanzlichen Modellsytems Arabidopsis thaliana erlernt werden. Inhalt der Lehrveranstaltung: Isolierung von Gesamt-DNA und RNA aus Pflanzen, PCR (Design von PCR-Primern, Genotypisierung, Nachweis von SNPs, Auswertung von DNA-Sequenzen), Untersuchung von Genexpression mittels RT-PCR und transgenen Reporterlinien, Proteinexpression, Metabolitanalyse.
