Im Seminar werden Grundlagen des Projektmanagements vermittelt. Anhand exemplarischer und praxisnaher Projekte werden die Schritte der Projektplanung und -durchführung (inkl. des Erstellens von Meilensteinplänen, Projektstrukturplänen und Kosten- und Finanzierungsplänen sowie Fördermöglichkeiten und deren Beantragung) besprochen und diskutiert.
Kompetenzbeschreibung
Studierende werden in die Lage versetzt, selbständig Projekte von der Ideenentwicklung bis zur finalen Umsetzung zu planen (Ablauforganisation). Darüber hinaus erhalten Sie Einblicke in Bereiche der Kulturförderung, Beantragung von städtischen Flächen und Genehmigungen, Erarbeitung von u.v.m. Studierende können ihre eigene Rolle als Kulturvermittler*innen in der Gesellschaft reflektieren und sind in der Lage, ihr eigenes Profil mit Blick auf aktuelle Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarkts zu konkretisieren und sich professionell zu präsentieren.
