Zu Beginn des Seminars wird anhand historischer Entwicklungen und aktueller Diskurse die Diversity Ansätze im Bildungssystem erörtert. Insbesondere wird der Diversity Aspekt "ethnisch-kulturelle Zugehörigkeit" in Bezug auf Bildung diskutiert. Das Ziel des Seminars ist es die unterschiedlichen Diversity-Ansätze und dem Umgang mit den verschiedenen Differenzlinien herauszuarbeiten und kritisch zu reflektieren. In der Endphase des Seminars werden "best practice-Beispiele" vorgestellt.
