in der Carolina (1532)
- Rezeption in der Strafrechtswissenschaft
- Inquisitionsverfahren
- Folter
- Die Krise des Inquisitionsprozesses
- Die Reform des Inquisitionsprozesses
- Aufklärung im Strafrecht
- Strafrecht von 1870 bis 1933
- Strafrecht im Nationalsozialismus
- Strafrecht in der DDR
- Strafrechtsentwicklung seit 1945
- Rechtsgeschichte des Diebstahls
- Rechtsgeschichte des Mordes
Leistungsnachweise:
Grundstudium: Klausur (Kleiner Grundlagenschein)
Hauptstudium: Hausarbeit ( Großer Grundlagenschein)
Hausarbeit in den Spb 8 und 9Die Teilnahme ist auf 20 Personen beschränkt. Bei Überanmeldungen entscheidet das Los.
Die Vorbesprechung (Themenvergabe) findet am Mittwoch, 11. April 18 h statt. Die Beratung der Referenten erfolgt am Mittwoch, den 2.5. um 18 h. Das Seminar wird am 25./26. Mai und am 15./16. Juni gehalten. Die Räume werden zum späteren Zeitpunkt noch genannt.
