Die Studierenden erwerben in diesem Modul eine Reihe an ergänzenden wissenschaftlichen und methodischen Kompetenzen, so vor allem die Fähigkeit, sich ein wichtiges
gesundheitswissenschaftliches Feld systematisch (auf der Basis des Public Health Action Cycle) zu erschließen und
vorhandenes Wissen sowie vorliegende empirische Erkenntnisse zum Praxisfeld Gesundheitsbildung zu
recherchieren. Dazu gehört die Fähigkeit, Datenbanken zu nutzen, relevante Literatur zu identifizieren, anzueignen, zu
verstehen, einzuschätzen und zu bewerten. Sie erwerben außerdem theoretische und praktische methodische
Kompetenzen der Felderschließung und lernen, diese praktisch anzuwenden. Ferner lernen sie, Ergebnisse
zusammenzufassen und darzustellen.
Es werden im Sommersemester 2013 drei Veranstaltungen in diesem Modul angeboten, unter denen die Studierenden wählen können. In dieser Veranstaltung steht das Thema "Gesunde Körperbilder - Gesundes Ernährungsverhalten" im Zentrum, das mit Blick auf Ansätze zur Gesundheits- und Medienkompetenzförderung ausgearbeitet wird.
