250425 Bildungsgerechtigkeit – theoretische, empirische und reflexive Zugänge (S) (WiSe 2022/2023)

In diesem Seminar werden Fragen der Bildungs(un)gerechtigkeit im Kontext Schule aus theoretischer und aus empirischer Perspektive beleuchtet. Im Fokus stehen dabei explizit nicht Bildungswegentscheidungen an Bildungsübergängen sondern die Problematik der Reproduktion und Produktion von Bildungsungerechtigkeit in der und durch die Bildungsinstitution Schule.
Ausgehend von verschiedenen theoretischen Ansätzen wird die Frage aufgeworfen, wie Bildungs(un)gerechtigkeit gedacht werden kann. Das erfordert die Bereitschaft, sich auch mit dem eigenen Verständnis von Bildungsgerechtigkeit kritisch und reflektiert auseinander zu setzen und ebenso die Bereitschaft, eigenes Lehrerhandeln (z.B. im Praktikum) sowie eigene Prioritäten kritisch-reflexiv zu hinterfragen.
Ausgewählte empirische Studien zum Thema werden besprochen und hinsichtlich ihrer Grenzen kritisch reflektiert und diskutiert. Dabei werden unterschiedliche Bildungsbenachteiligungen in den Fokus gerückt.
