230303 Antisemitismus, Postkolonialismus und Rassismus als thematische Herausforderungen (S) (WiSe 2022/2023)

Contents, comment

Landeskundekenntnisse und ihre Vermittlung, anders ausgedrückt Kulturstudien, gehören seit vielen Jahrzehnten zu einem Grundbestandteilt des Fremdsprachenunterrichts. Die Diskussionen über Themen und methodisch-didaktischen Herangehensweisen unterliegen immer wieder gewissen "Pendelschwüngen", die oft geprägt sind von aktuellen wissenschaftlichen aber auch gesellschaftspolitischen Strömungen. In dem Seminar soll eine Rückschau auf die bisherigen Entwicklungen erfolgen, vor alem aber ein Blick auf die aktuellen Themen Antisemitismus, Postkolonialismus und Rassismus gerichtet werden, die in der Fachdiskussion zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen haben. Abgesehen von dem theoretischen Diskurs sollen auch die damit einhergehende Unterrichtspraxis und die damit verbundenen Probleme in den Fokus gerückt werden.
