Themenschwerpunkt dieser Veranstaltung ist ein Aerobic/Stepaerobic - Programm als Fitnesstraining für Schule, Verein und Studio. In der praktischen Umsetzung geht es um das Erlernen der Basiselemente bis hin zur (gemeinsamen) Entwicklung längerer Choreographien, die in spätere Arbeitsfelder übernommen werden können. Darüber hinaus thematisieren wir die Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten im Aerobic/Stepaerobic.
Die Belastungsdosierung für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen und inhaltliche Schwerpunkte (z.B. Ausdauer oder Kraft) werden jeweils trainingswissenschaftlich begründet.

Studierende, die den Kurs im Rahmen des BA - Studienganges als Vertiefungskurs belegen, müssen den Kurs `Bewegung und Musik¿ abgeschlossen haben.
