Die Veranstaltung wird in der Zeit vom 20.06. bis zum 15.07.2022 in insgesamt vier jeweils 4-stündigen Einheiten stattfinden. Aus organisatorischen Gründen ist es in diesem Semester leider nicht möglich, die Termine wöchentlich über das gesamte Semester zu verteilen; ich bitte um Ihr Verständnis. In welcher konkreten Form (Präsenz, hybrid, online) die Veranstaltung stattfindet, wird kurzfristig bekanntgegeben. Sofern die pandemiebedingte Lage und die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen eine vollständige Präsenzveranstaltung zulassen, wird es keine Möglichkeit der gleichzeitigen online-Teilnahme geben.
Inhalt der Veranstaltung ist die vorlesungsbegleitende Vertiefung des Zivilprozessrechts anhand von Fallbeispielen. Die entsprechenden Sachverhalte werden zuvor im Lernraum hochgeladen. Bitte lesen Sie diese vorab, Kenntnis des Sachverhalts wird vorausgesetzt, vertiefte Gedanken zur Lösung sind vorab jedoch nicht notwendig.
Bereits jetzt werde ich damit beginnen, aktuelle BGH-Entscheidungen zu zivilprozessualen Problematiken im Lernraum einzustellen; deren Kenntnis wird für die Veranstaltung nicht vorausgesetzt, vielmehr dient dieser „Service“ vor allem den Examenskandidaten, um sich im Zivilprozessrecht einen Überblick über aktuelle Entwicklungen der Rechtsprechung zu verschaffen. Dies erhebt jedoch keinen Anspruch auf ständige Aktualität und Vollständigkeit.
