Bewegungsaktivitäten im präventivem Kraftsport erweitert und Ihre Fähigkeiten für deren Vermittlung und Anwendung vertieft. In diesem Kurs werden Ihnen grundlegende Kompetenzen für das Anleiten und die Gestaltung von Aspekten des Kraftsports unter gesundheitsbezogenen Bedingungen vermittelt und die eigenen Bewegungserfahrungen erweitert. Des Weiteren lernen Sie, bewegungswissenschaftliche Theorien und Modelle hinsichtlich der Praxistauglichkeit einzuschätzen.Wir weisen darauf hin, dass in dem Kurs nur eine begrenzte Anzahl (2-3) von Lehrproben (nur für das Profil PuB) möglich sind.
