"Vorgelesen ... Strafrecht: Sonstige Delikte" findet voraussichtlich nicht als Präsenzveranstaltung statt.
Die Vorlesung wir als Audio-Podcast jede Woche zur Vorlesungszeit (montags 12-14 Uhr) auf LernraumPlus gestellt; zusätzlich finden Sie dort Materialien für jede Vorlesungs-Episode.
Wir werden uns mit unterschiedlichen Deliktsgruppen beschäftigen. Im Vordergrund stehen:
- Urkundendelikte
- Aussagedelikte
- Straßenverkehrsdelikte
- Brandstiftungsdelikte
- Amtsdelikte
Am 19. Juli 2021, 12-14 Uhr, findet - falls weiterhin Online-Lehre stattfinden muss - ein Zoom-Meeting für alle Teilnehmer:innen statt.
Die Vorlesung richtet sich insbesondere an Studierende des letzten Abschnitts des strafrechtlichen Pflichtfachbereichs. Es werden insofern straftatsystematischer Aufbau und Auslegungsmethoden vorausgesetzt.
Die Vorlesung wird durch Tutorials begleitet.
Angeboten wird am Ende des Semesters eine Klaussur (ggf. coronabedingt erneut als Open-Book-Klausur).
