In der Veranstaltung werden Grundstrukturen der betrieblichen Mitbestimmung, die Organisation des Betriebsrats sowie die Mitbestimmung nach dem BetrVG behandelt.

Der Stoff dieser Veranstaltung ist Gegenstand der fünfstündigen Aufsichtsarbeit im WiSe 2020/2021.Aufgrund der derzeitigen Situation findet die Veranstaltung als Zoom-Konferenz statt.

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen, notwendige Vorkenntnisse:
Die Veranstaltung wendet sich in erster Linie an Studierende des SPB 7, Arbeit und sozialer Schutz. Der Stoff des GK Arbeitsrecht wird vorausgesetzt.
