In der Veranstaltung werden die Studierenden mit ersten dogmatischen Problemstellungen des deutschen Strafrechts konfrontiert. Es werden „Fälle“ vorgestellt und diskutiert und dabei die Technik des sog. Straftatsystems eingeübt. Gleichzeitig werden strafrechtliche Prinzipien sowie aktuelle kriminalpolitische Diskurse vorgestellt. Begleitet wird die Veranstaltung durch Tutorials (Arbeitsgemeinschaften) zur weiteren Übung und Vertiefung von strafrechtlichen Sachverhalten. Zu Beginn der Veranstaltung wird ein Vorlesungsskript verteilt. Begleitmaterial zur Vorlesung erfolgt über die E-learning-Plattform „Jurmoodle“; Informationen zum Anmeldeverfahren für „Jurmoodle“ werden in der ersten Vorlesung gegeben.
