Contents, comment

Um die Sonderstellung der Außendienstmitarbeiter unter den Organisationsmitgliedern zu bestimmen, hat Niklas Luhmann den bis heute unterschätzten Begriff der Grenzstelle eingeführt. Der Kurs soll zeigen, dass das Grenzstellenkonzept sich eignet, organisationssoziologische Überlegungen mit solchen aus Interaktions-und Gesellschaftstheorie zu verbinden.
