Inhalt:
Erst Ende des letzten Jahres wurde mit der PISA-Studie erneut deutlich, dass die Kompetenzen von Schüler*innen mit dem Elternhaus zusammenhängen. Sozial privilegierte Schüler*innen erzielen in Deutschland höhere Werte in Mathematik als sozial benachteiligte Schüler*innen und auch der Migrationshintergrund hat zum Beispiel einen Einfluss auf die Lesekompetenz. Das Elternhaus hat jedoch nicht nur einen Einfluss auf die eigene Schulkarriere, sondern wirkt sich ebenfalls auf den weiteren Bildungsweg aus. Der Hochschul-Bildungs-Report 2020 zeigt, dass nur 27 Prozent der Grundschüler*innen deren Eltern nicht studiert haben, später ein Studium beginnen. Bei jenen aus Akademikerhaushalten sind es jedoch 79 Prozent.
Im Seminar werden wir den Einfluss des Elternhauses auf die Bildungskarriere diskutieren und der Frage nachgehen, wie die Kooperation von Elternhaus und Schule sowie mit anderen Akteur*innen in diesem Zusammenhang gestaltet werden kann. Weiterhin werden wir uns auch anschauen, welche Handlungsmöglichkeiten es für weitere Institutionen (z. B. Hochschulen etc.) gibt.Die Veranstaltung findet rein in Präsenz statt. Zur Informationsvermittlung, Bereitstellung von Literatur und zur Einreichung von Aufgaben wird ein moodle-Lernraum genutzt.

Um an diesem Seminar teilnehmen zu können, müssen Sie an der zentralen Seminarplatzvergabe (s.u) teilgenommen haben.
Die Anwesenheit in der ersten Sitzung ist für alle Studierenden unbedingt erforderlich. In der ersten Sitzung werden der organisatorische Ablauf der Veranstaltung sowie die Anforderungen an die Leistungserbringung besprochen.
