  • Die Studierenden können den Mechanismus der Genexpression erläutern.
  • Die Studierenden kennen die Prozesse die (ungleicher) X-Inaktivierung zugrunde liegen und können deren potentiellen Einfluss auf Gesundheit und Krankheit anhand einzelner Beispiele nennen.
  • Die Studierenden können die Rolle von Polymorphismen als Screeningtool beschreiben.



Die Vorlesung ist ein Blended Learning Format in dem die Studierenden, das u.g. Paper anhand von Leitfragen (im LernraumPlus hinterlegt) im Voraus lesen werden. Im interaktiven Teil, werden wir die Fragen besprechen und auf einzelne Methoden der Grundlagenforschung eingehen, bei denen Geschlecht (Sex) ein wichtiges Analysekriterium sein kann.
