Dazu werden zuerst die technischen Grundlagen der Computernetze eingeführt und detailliert die gängigsten
Protkolle des Internets vermittelt, wie: Ethernet, TCP, IPv4, IPv6 (u.a.). Zum Ende des Kurses
werden Sicherheitsmaÿnahmen und Gefährdungen für Netzwerke behandelt.
This lecture approaches the question: How does the Internet work?
To cover this the lecture will rst introduce the technical basics of computer networks und then explicitly
explain the most common Internet protocols, such as: Ethernet, TCP, IPv4, IPv6 and others.
The end of this lecture will cover topics like security measures and threats to the network.
