At the B.1 level, you should be able to communicate in spoken and written English so that you are understood by native speakers and can express your needs, opinions and ideas adequately in most everyday situations, but you might wish to reach a more advanced level with a higher degree of grammatical correctness, avoiding the common mistakes that learners make.
This course will review those areas of English grammar that can be tricky and troublesome for learners: correct use of tenses and various verb forms, sentence structure, adjectives and adverbs, singular and plural, count and non-count nouns. The goal of the course is to give you confidence in expressing yourself in a more sophisticated, professional manner for business and academic purposes. Please keep in mind that this can only happen if you are willing to commit time and effort to your coursework, including regular attendance.
