Zu den Aufgaben beraterischen Handelns gehört auch die Bearbeitung moralischer Konflikte. Hierfür ist eine genaue Analyse der Struktur solcher Konflikte unerlässlich. In diesem Seminar wollen wir uns zumindest einen Teil des begrifflichen Rüstzeugs erarbeiten, das dazu benötigt wird. Im Zentrum stehen dabei zwei Themenschwerpunkte: Zum einen soll der Unterschied zwischen moralischen Dilemmata einerseits und ethischen Dissensen andererseits herausgearbeitet werden. Zum anderen soll danach gefragt werden, unter welchen Bedingungen ein ethischer Dissens auf vernünftigen Meinungsverschiedenheiten beruht und welche Möglichkeiten der Bearbeitung solcher Konflikte in Erwägung gezogen werden können.
