Was ist „gute Schule“?
Im Laufe der letzten Jahre sind die Aspekte Schulqualität und –Entwicklung aufgrund internationaler Schulleistungsuntersuchungen und verschiedener Bildungsreformen stärker in den gesellschaftlichen Fokus gerückt. Auch Lehrkräfte werden im Zuge dessen immer häufiger mit Aufgaben und Fragen zu diesen Themen konfrontiert.
Dieses Seminar soll einen Rahmen bieten, sich mit aktuellen Herausforderungen und Konzepten von Qualität von Schule auseinanderzusetzen. Dazu werden wir zunächst Schule als Organisation betrachten und dann, unter anderem am Beispiel des Deutschen Schulpreises, Qualitätsvorstellungen von Schule beleuchten und kritisch hinterfragen.
