Diagnostische Verfahren bilden sowohl die methodische als auch empirische Grundlage für ein tieferes Fallverstehen, das Klären von Beratungsanliegen sowie das gemeinsame Entwickeln geeigneter Interventionen in der pädagogischen Beratung. Erstaunlicherweise bildet Hans Thierschs Konzept der lebensweltorientierten Beratung dennoch einen der wenigen, speziell für die (sozial-)pädagogische Beratung, entwickelten Beratungsansätze. Der Ansatz zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass neben der spezifischen Lebenswelt und dem Alltag der Adressat*innen auch gesellschaftliche Verhältnisse und Entwicklungen berücksichtigt werden.
Wir werden uns in diesem Seminar daher intensiv mit dem Ansatz der lebensweltorientierten Diagnose und Beratung befassen. Das theoretische Verständnis dafür, wie individuelle Lebenswelten die Diagnoseprozesse beeinflussen und welche Bedeutung dies für eine zielgerichtete Beratung hat, soll vertieft werden. Durch praxisnahe Fallbeispiele und interaktive Diskussionen werden die Teilnehmenden befähigt, lebensweltorientierte Ansätze in verschiedenen Beratungskontexten anzuwenden. Ziel ist es, einen ganzheitlichen Blick auf Adressat*innen zu entwickeln, um bedarfsgerechte und nachhaltige Unterstützung in unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen zu gewährleisten.
Von den Teilnehmenden wird erwartet, dass sie aktiv am Seminar teilnehmen und hierfür die in Moodle eingestellte Literatur zur Vorbereitung lesen.
