Lernziele

-         Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, die aktuelle Prävalenz von Übergewicht und Adipositas im Kindes- und Jugendalter in Deutschland mittels Studiendaten zu recherchieren, aufzubereiten und zu präsentieren.

-         Die Studierenden können mindesten 3 Risiken für Essstörungen benennen und 3 Frühwarnzeichen beschreiben.

-         Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, die Zusammenhänge zwischen sozialer Ungleichheit und Gesundheit und Krankheit zu erklären.

-         Die Studierenden können die Grundlagen gesunder und ausgewogener Ernährung unter Berücksichtigung von Alter, Geschlecht, kulturellem Hintergrund, persönlicher Lebenssituation, psychischen und sozialen Rahmenbedingungen entlang eines Fallbeispiel aufzeigen.
