Die Absolventin und der Absolvent gestalten eine vertrauensvolle, stabile Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung und beherrschen eine professionelle und patientenzentrierte Gesprächsführung unter Berücksichtigung der spezifischen Gesprächstypen, Gesprächsphasen und Gesprächsaufgaben. Sie sind in der Lage, durch ihr kommunikatives Handeln eine positive, tragfähige und vertrauensvolle Arzt-Patienten-Beziehung aufzubauen und zu erhalten.- Sie gestalten Entscheidungsprozesse gemeinsam mit Patientinnen und Patienten oder deren Bezugspersonen unter Berücksichtigung der Voraussetzungen und möglichen Folgen der Urteilsbildung (Partizipative Entscheidungsfindung). Sie können Zuständigkeiten bei der Entscheidungsfindung klären und entsprechende Personen gegebenenfalls unter Anwendung der Methode der Partizipativen Entscheidungsfindung in den Entscheidungsprozess einbeziehen.
- Sie können zur Ressourcenaktivierung und Förderung von Eigenverantwortlichkeit entsprechende Techniken anwenden.
- Sie können eine Anamnese gesundheitsrelevanter Verhaltensweisen durchführen und dokumentieren.
Die Studierenden trainieren in einer Simulation mit Simulation Person ein ärztliches Gespräch zum Thema Adipositas und metabolisches Syndrom mit dem Schwerpunkt einer Beratung. Anteile von gemeinsamer Entscheidungsfindung und Motivation werden eine Rolle spielen.
