Lernziele:

?        Die Studierenden sind in der Lage, entlang des Prinzips der Mehrpersonengespräche zu erklären, warum man umgangssprachlich auch von der sprechenden Medizin reden kann.

?        Die Studierenden können mindestens 3 Kompetenzen benennen, die in der Kindernotfallmedizin von Ärztinnen und Ärzten gefordert wird


Die Studierenden erhalten einen Einblick in das Arbeitsfeld und werden entlang von Fallbeispielen an die Kompetenzen herangeführt, die von Ärztinnen und Ärzte im Rahmen der notfallmedizinischen Versorgung von Kindern und Jugendlichen und ihren Angehörigen benötigt werden.

 Inhalte:

1.           Typische Notfälle bei Kindern

o            Notfälle der Atmung

o            Kinderunfälle

o            Fieberkrämpfe und andere Krämpfe

o            Plötzlicher Kindstod (SIDS)

o            Anaphylaktischer (allergischer) Schock

2.           Charakteristik- klinische Kindernotfälle- inkl. Fallbeispiele (unterschiedliche Schweregrade)

3.           Abfrage: Vorstellung im Krankenhaus - wie sieht wohl der Alltag aus? lebensbedrohliche Verletzungen vs. besorgte Eltern

4.           Kinder sind keine \"kleinen Erwachsenen\" - Gespräche mit Angehörigen von kranken Kindern als wesentliche Herausforderungen

o            Aspekte der Gesprächsführung

o            Skills

o            Grundregeln für das Gespräch mi Kindern

o            Best practice vs worst cases
