Humans are able to draw rich inferences when observing other agent's
behavior.
We will quickly get an idea for the goal the other agent is trying to
achieve and depending on the situation, we might even
be able to draw conclusions regarding even more hidden mental states
such as their preferences for
certain outcomes, or beliefs regarding the state of the environment.
Going beyond classical appraoches to intention or activity recognition,
the developed systems should be capable
of inferring more complex mental states from the observable behavior.
