Im Anschluss an die bereits in der Grundlagenveranstaltung erworbenenen theoretischen Vorkenntnisse, werden in dieser Aufbauveranstaltung ausgewählte Theorien der Organisation vertiefend kennengelernt und in ihrer Reichweite und Leistungsfähigkeit betrachtet.
Wie werden Organisationen in den einzelnen Theorien gefasst? Welche Gesichtspunkte werden dabei im empirischen Sinne hervorgehoben, welche zugleich damit abgedunkelt? Wie eng oder wie weit, wie stark oder wie schwach, wird das Phänomen Organisation aufgefasst - und mit welchen Implikationen und Folgen?

Vorausgesetzt wird die erfolgreich abgeschlossene (!) Grundlagenveranstaltung zur Organisationssoziologie (Modul M23). Ein paralleler Besuch zur Grundlagenveranstaltung in diesem Semester genügt demnach nicht.

Studienleistung: regelmäßige Lektüre und aktive Vorabereitung der wöchentlichen Seminarliteratur (einschlägige Theorietexte plus ggf. Einführungsliteratur); mündliche Beteiligung in Arbeitsgruppen und Plenum
Einzelleistung: Hausarbeit. Bitte beachten Sie bereits hier, dass Hausarbeiten nicht lediglich darin bestehen, einen theoretischen Ansatz darzustellen. Auch in diesem Seminar haben Hausarbeiten individuelle Fragestellungen, die mit der Veranstalterin abzustimmen sind.
