In der Veranstaltung werden u.a. folgende Themen behandeln: Sportstrafrecht; Haftung und Versicherung; Sportvereine, Sportgesellschaften und Sportverbände; Grundlagen des Vertragrechts; Europäisches Sport- und Fußballrecht; Sportgerichtsbarkeit; Grundrechte und Grundfreiheiten.

Die für die Erreichung der Lernziele erforderlichen Materialien und Texte werden im Verlauf der Vorlesung kontinuierlich in den Lernraum eingestellt. Für Fragen in diesem Zusammenhang stehen die Lehrenden gerne per E-Mail zur Verfügung.
