Das Ziel der Veranstaltung liegt in der Aufbereitung von Themen der Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung in Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Im Zentrum stehen dabei psychosoziale Arbeitsbelastungen.

Die Rahmenveranstaltung vermittelt Kenntnisse zu:
• psychosozialen Arbeitsbelastungen im Gesundheitssektor
• betrieblicher Gesundheitsförderung und betrieblichem Gesundheitsmanagement
• Rahmenbedingungen der Gesundheitsförderung im Gesundheitsbereich

In tutoriell betreuten Kleingruppen werden Diagnostik- und Interventionskonzepte zur Beschäftigtengesundheit für Einrichtungen der Gesundheitsversorgung erarbeitet.
