231037 La historia y la memoria en minificciones y otros textos breves en la literatura latinoamericana (S) (WiSe 2018/2019)

Si bien cada género textual breve persigue intenciones estéticas distintas hay un elemento común que las emparienta: la carga de humor e ironía y que en muchos casos rescatan la historia y la memoria de un pueblo o una cultura. En la minificción –género contemporáneo- está definido por reglas específicas, que son su extrema brevedad, su final contundente y la importancia del título que complementa el sentido del relato. En las historias de los hermanos Grimm, hay un rescate de lo popular con una moraleja didáctica en respuesta a los problemas propios de la condición humana, que de hecho han trascendido hasta nuestros días. En Kafka hay una reescritura de los mitos clásicos y los revitaliza. En los escritores latinoamericanos se encuentra toda una vertiente de los mismos temáticas, sobre todo en lo que llamamos micro-relato o minificción. En nuestros días, otras disciplinas artísticas atienden a la brevedad como es el caso del cine con los cortometrajes y en el teatro lo que se ha dado en llamar el teatro en corto.
