In diesem Projektseminar werden die Studierenden schrittweise an das Experimentieren im Bereich der kognitiven Neurowissenschaften herangeführt. Sie werden ein konkretes Experiment zu Kognitition und Sensomotorik planen, in Kleingruppen durchführen, auswerten und die Ergebnisse in Form eines Forschungsberichtes und einer Präsentation dokumentieren. Die Studierenden erwerben grundlegende Kenntnisse zum Designen, Programmieren und Auswerten von solchen Experimente und lernen die Interpretation der so gewonnenen Daten. Das Seminar vermittelt grundlegende Kompetenzen für die Anfertigung von experimentellen Qualifikationsarbeiten.

Voraussetzung für den Erwerb von Leistungspunkten in dieser zweisemestrigen Veranstaltung (SS 2017 und WS2017/18) sind eine regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme an der Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung eines Experimentes sowie die Anfertigung eines Forschungsberichtes und Präsentation in Gruppenarbeit.
