250255 PeerBeratung - Reflexion pädagogischer Praxis im Berufsfeld Schule (S+BS) (SoSe 2024)

Im Rahmen dieses Seminars erhalten Sie die Gelegenheit, sich in einer kleinen Gruppe mit Ihren Mitstudierenden über Ihre Erfahrungen in pädagogischen Handlungssituationen im Berufsfeld Schule auszutauschen. Die Erfahrungen können beispielsweise aus schulischen Praktika stammen oder aus einer pädagogischen Nebentätigkeit (Jugendarbeit, Nachhilfe etc.). Durch die regelmäßige Reflexion und Überprüfung der praktischen Tätigkeit sollen berufliche Kompetenzen weiterentwickelt und das Professionsbewusstsein gestärkt werden. Die Auseinandersetzung mit eigenen und fremden Fällen erfolgt anhand der strukturierten Methodik der Kollegialen Beratung. Sie erhalten nach aktiver und regelmäßiger Teilnahme am Seminar eine Bescheinigung, die Methode der Kollegialen Beratung kennengelernt und eingeübt zu haben.

Wichtige Information zur Organisation des Seminars: Die Seminargruppe wird in drei Kleingruppen aufgeteilt, die sich entweder 14-täglich oder an Blockterminen treffen:
Gruppe A: dienstags von 8:30-12:00 Uhr 14-täglich
Gruppe B: 18. + 19. + 26. April 2024, jeweils von 09:00-15:00 Uhr
Gruppe C: 04. + 05. + 12. Juli 2024, jeweils von 09:00-15:00 Uhr

Bei der ersten Seminarsitzung am 09.04.2024 von 08:30-10:00 Uhr werden die Gruppen eingeteilt. Dieses erste Infotreffen mit der Gruppeneinteilung findet in C01-142 statt.

Requirements for participation, required level

Teilnahmevoraussetzung ist die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen aktiven Mitarbeit, zur Einbringung eigener pädagogischer Fälle und zur konstruktiven Auseinandersetzung mit den Fällen der anderen Gruppenmitglieder. Dafür ist die praktische Erfahrung in pädagogischen Handlungsfeldern erforderlich (z. B. schulische Praxisstudien, Hausaufgabenbetreuung, Nachhilfe, Kinder- und Jugendarbeit).

Zu zweit übernehmen Sie die Moderation einer Fallberatung mit Ergebnissicherung und anschließender verschriftlichter Literaturrecherche. Damit sind gleichzeitig die Voraussetzungen für die Studienleistung erfüllt.
