250359 Inclusive Education from an international comparative perspective through the eyes of the Indian experience (BS) (WiSe 2023/2024)

The seminar will explore the evolving concepts of school theory and organizational development, focusing on learning paradigms from an Indian perspective. It will analyze diverse schooling models and explore support systems for the holistic development of children and young individuals with specialized needs, particularly within India. The seminar will critically examine the UN Convention 2009, highlighting the historical trajectory of special needs education within the Indian framework. It will also investigate special educational needs' manifestations and developmental pathways, aligning with national and international guidelines. The seminar will also consider the nuanced conditions driving school development for pupils with special needs rooted in the Indian educational narrative. The goal is to create a comprehensive framework for nurturing inclusive educational ecosystems, empowering every learner within India's educational mosaic
