Diversity-Vielfalt, Differenz-ist zu einem zentralen Thema gesellschaftlicher und wissenschaftlicher Auseinandersetzung geworden. Aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven (Erziehungswissenschaft, Soziologie, Psychologie, Politik und Geschichte) wird das Konzept Diversität erläutert. Des Weiteren werden Interviews mit Experten zu den unterschiedlichen Konzepten der Diversität durchgeführt
