Die Einführung in die Internationalen Beziehungen organisiert sich in zwei aufeinander aufbauen-den Semesterveranstaltungen. Der erste Teil (Übung I/WiSe) befasst sich mit den zentralen Begriff-lichkeiten, Theorien und Akteuren der Internationalen Beziehungen und der internationalen Politik und exemplifiziert diese anhand der Erstellung zweier Eingangsstatements der UN-Generalversammlung und des UN-Sicherheitsrates. In einem zweiten Teil (Übung II/SoSe) werden neuere Theorieentwicklungen sowie politischen Prozesse und Strukturen der Internationalen Bezie-hungen und der internationalen Politik im Vordergrund stehen. Exemplarisch können dies Prob-lembereiche von Krieg und Frieden, Armut und Entwicklung, Flucht und Migration oder von Globa-lisierung und Global Governance sein.

Regelmäßige und aktive Teilnahme an den Sitzungen, Studium der Pflichtlektüre vor jeder Übungs-sitzung, Bearbeitung der Studienleistung
