Creative Writing
This course is designed both for people who have some experience with creative writing, as well as those who don’t. We will discuss the forms and structures of various kinds of creative writing, including fiction, non-fiction, drama, and poetry. We will share our work in a workshop format, where we’ll learn how to give and receive feedback. We will particularly touch on problems that the non-native English speaker might have when writing in English.
Students are required to write four (short) texts, as well as several reading assignments, and weekly discussions.
A minimum of level B2 is suggested for this course. If you are below this level, or do not know your English level, please contact the instructor at georgina.willms@uni-bielefeld.de
